Welcome to Zarkox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the official Zarkox website (Zarkox.com), as well as the pre-registration for our founding user community ("Founders") and testing team ("Testing").
By registering, logging in through third-party services (Twitch, Discord, Google), or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not complete the registration process.
Zarkox is a Social-Fintech platform designed for the competitive gaming industry. Currently, the website functions exclusively as a portal for pre-registration, waitlist management, and community building for the Alpha/Testing phase.
- The user acknowledges that the full functionalities described on the website (such as The Vault and The Coliseum) are under development and will be released progressively.
- The current registration grants "Founder / Tester" status, which does not guarantee fixed financial benefits, but rather priority access and exclusive rewards within the final application at Zarkox's discretion.
To register as a Founder, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence) due to the Fintech nature of the project.
- By using social login buttons (such as Twitch or Discord), you authorize us to access basic public profile information (avatar, username, and email address) to validate your player identity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked third-party accounts. Zarkox is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence regarding your external credentials.
All visual content, logos (including the Zarkox brand), interface designs, text, programming code deployed on the Zarkox.com domain, and brand architectures are the exclusive property of Zarkox.
- Any reproduction, copying, reverse engineering, or distribution of any visual or technical element of the site without express written authorization from the founders is strictly prohibited.
By becoming a Founder/Tester user, you may gain early access to screenshots, internal mechanics of The Vault, financial flows, or closed betas of the application.
- You agree not to leak, publish on social media, or share with competitors any material marked as confidential or exclusive for Founders without the prior consent of Zarkox.
Zarkox.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free during this rapid development phase. Zarkox is not liable for data loss, external technical failures, or unmet commercial expectations by users during this pre-launch stage.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to adapt to applicable legal and Fintech regulations. We will notify you of significant changes via the registered email address or through announcements in our official Discord channel for Founders.
