At Zarkox, we take the privacy of our gaming and founding community very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you register for the Zarkox.com waitlist.
During this pre-registration and testing phase, we only collect the information strictly necessary to manage your access as a founder member:
- Through Social Logins (Twitch, Discord, Google): If you choose to register using these platforms, we collect your user ID, username (Gamertag), linked email address, and public profile avatar/picture.
- Through Email Registration: If you register manually, we only collect your email address.
- Browsing Data: Basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, and browser type to optimize website performance.
We use the collected data exclusively for the following strategic project purposes:
- To validate your identity as a real player and assign your role as a founder member / tester.
- To send you critical updates regarding the development of Zarkox, closed beta invitations, and direct access links to our private Discord channel.
Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption protocols. We restrict access to personal information strictly to members of the core Zarkox development team who need to know that data to build the platform.
Our website uses official external authentication APIs (Twitch, Discord, and Google). The processing of your login credentials is performed directly on the secure servers of those respective platforms; Zarkox never has access to your external passwords.
As a founder member or user, you have complete control over your information. At any time, you may request to:
- Know what data we have stored about you.
- Update or correct your email address or username on the waitlist.
- Cancel your registration: Completely delete your account and data from our database if you decide to step away from the project.
For any of these requests, you can write to us directly contact@zarkox.com
